Today was great! It was the Confirmation Day for the Sec. 3 students. There were supposedly 2 cousins & 1 nephew (Jeremy) of mine to be confirmed but it ended up only Jeremy getting confirmed. Well, never mind, hope they'll continue next year.
It was also Amanda's, Tanya's and not forgetting, Alyssa's special day. Thank God for letting me to know them esp. Aly, dear fren/ sis to me and whom I can click well with. If I didn't rmb wrongly, it was him whom indirectly build the friendship between us. Haha~ Anyway, congrats to them! =)
Yesterday
Went to St Joseph's Home and stayed there for abt 1.5hrs. Helped to serve lunch to the elderly and had short chats with them. It was a challenge to me to start the conversation with them and most of the time I asked them was, "Is the food nice? Slowly eat." And all they did was, smiling and nodding their head, made me speechless.
Well, saw the Sister who taught me the last time but not sure if she still rmb me. We just went past each other, she just smiled at me but we didn't exchange any words. Was hesitiating if I should approach and talk to her but didn't. When I wanted to, I couldn't find her. Somehow, deep inside my heart, just love and thank her for the teachings she taught. May God bless her with good health. Amen.
There was also an elderly, named "Kitty". She was a teacher and she shared her past during the Japanese Occupation etc with us. Nice chats with her. Then, when we were about to leave, saw former Archbishop Gregory Yong. Was shocked and regretted didn't talk to him or even wish him well. Hai~
After which, waited for Kylie to come and took a couple of photos for our NE project. Then, Kylie and me went to Boon Lay Marketplace for lunch. Ate traditional Hakka food and chatted for quite some time. Hmm~
Friday
It was a 'waiting' day. Lazy to elaborate. =\ Waited for them to do finish their projects and off we went to Plaza Singpura & had Pepper Lunch for our dinner. Then, we went back school for Sinfonia performance to support dear Xueli.
At first, we had difficulties in getting in cos' it was full-house! But somehow, we managed to get in by the back door and even had snacks before entering the auditorium. =\ It was abt 9.30pm when we left the school. Pity that didn't manage to talk to her cos' we had to leave and didn't know where to find her. Overall, it was a nice performance! Enjoyed! =)
